Kaju Badam is capable of shipping to all locations within the country. We hire reliable courier partners like Bluedart and Ondot. However if courier companies do not give service in the respective area, we ship your goods via India post. All you have to do is provide us with a complete address, with nearby landmarks and the exact pin code.

In how many days can I expect a delivery?

The estimated delivery time for local orders is 2-3 working days, 3-7 working days for outstation orders and 5-9 working days for orders delivered to JK, North East India & Kerala. We ship on all days from Monday to Saturday except Sundays and Public Holidays. Tracking - Once Your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing Your order. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Restocking of items is totally relative and can not be guaranteed for all items on the store. If you are interested in an “out of stock” item, please do bring it to our notice by sending us a mail or contact us through our online 24/7 chat platform, and we would get back to you on the availability of the product.

What is the average shelf life of Dry fruits?

If you are buying Dry Fruits online and stored properly, the average shelf life of Dry Fruits is around six months to a year. One has to be very careful and seal the pack and airtight it  properly after using the desired amount of dried fruits.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you checkout, your order is processed internally and a confirmation mail for your order is sent to the email address associated with your kajubadam.com account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Do I get an invoice for my order?

You will receive an Invoice on delivery of the products. You can also login to Your Account and view the invoice on your order in the My Orders section.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

Once the order is dispatched from the store, a notification will be sent on your registered email address and mobile number. In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the mobile number provided during checkout. The decision would be taken after talking to you.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can still modify your order once it has been placed. However, once the order has been dispatched from the store upon which a delivery notification will be sent on your registered email address and contact number, no further changes can be made in the order. In case you wish to remove certain products from the order, there always is an option of returning the products. In case you wish to order some additional products, you can always proceed by placing a new order.

What if I didn't like the quality or the products delivered to me?

We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery Expert. In case of Postpaid order, you will be required to pay the adjusted amount only for the products accepted by you. In case of Prepaid orders, request for refund will be initiated and cash will be credited into your Kaju Badam online account, which can be redeemed while placing orders the next time.
